Meet the personalities behind Wishbone Studio
Maggie
Founder, Creative Director
Originally from the USA, I’ve called Berlin home for over a decade. With a background in fashion, design and culinary arts, I immersed myself in shaping Berlin’s street food scene before founding Wishbone in 2016. Driven by a love for detail, I revel in forging new creative paths that transcend the industry standard. Aside from pushing creative boundaries with Wishbone, I enjoy dreaming up new creative outlets from painting petals to my mobile cotton candy machine. In between projects, I enjoy making my way through Berlin’s burgeoning restaurant scene with my minpin Lilly and my husband Alex, and getting away for the weekend when the schedule allows.
Katya
Florist and Mother of Petals​
Our talented and big-hearted florist Katya has a natural knack for crafting dazzling floral arrangements which imbue our dinners, parties, events, and conceptual projects with elegance and atmosphere. Katya is happiest when surrounded by flowers, objets d’art, and furniture –
occasionally with a well-mixed cocktail in hand. When she’s not selecting the freshest stems or hanging from ladders with the Wishbone team, she’s spending time with her two cute girls.
The TEAM
We couldn’t do what we do without our posse of incredibly talented freelancers and friends, who
come together to pull off our events with panache. Though our backgrounds and strengths are
diverse – illustrators, florists, designers and craft enthusiasts – – we’re united by a love for bringing creative concepts to life, and constantly challenging ourselves to go further. Oh, and having a lot of fun along the way – after all, we’re each living out our passion!
